Courtyard
The beautiful cobbled courtyard with its central fountain was built by Don Francesco Cotoner, head of one of the most influential families on the island and who extensively rebuilt the house in the 17thcentury.
It used to provide the hub of what was then a very large farming Estate and centre of the local community.
Chapel
The private Catholic chapel was restored by Mary Hillgarth in the 1950s.
Olive Press
The seventeenth century olive press which is the largest on the island and is of great historical significance to Mallorca.
